Balance between sleep and exercises

People believe that besides exercising, diet is equally important. But they forget about sleep. Eating healthy food and burning a lot of calories is mandatory for health, but sleep affects on hormone balance and keep your muscles healthy. 

There are many studies that can prove this. For example, a study conducted by the Northwestern University found that people sleep much better when they have a lot of physical activity during the day. A basketball team from Stanford improved their performance after they increased their sleep time. On the other side, lack of sleep is linked to health issues and fat problems.
Many fitness trainers say that you must find a balance between sleeping, eating and exercising. They have certain rules. Those rules are:

1.    Stop using TV, tablets and smartphones 35-40 minutes before you go to bed. This will reduce the stress and provide you better recovery. A blue background on a TV or tablet can have a negative effect on your sleep.
2.    You will have to obey the first rule every day.
3.    Perform morning exercises. You need only 15 minutes, but the effect will last the whole day. This will speed up your metabolism as well. Just remember to warm up. Exercising when your body is ‘’cold’’ is a serious mistake.
4.    You can eat before going to bed. Eat small portions of food rich in proteins. Many people believe that eating before going to bed is a serious mistake, but many studies found that this type of eating is very important. It can help our body in repairs and keep our muscles healthy.
